This is a sweet peach cocktail that tastes great on the rocks or blended with ice, like a daquiri. What makes this really different is the tart citric acid rim, which makes it taste like a sour candy and makes you feel like a kid on summer vacation.

Cuban Style White Rum

0.75 oz
Creme De Peche

1 oz
Peach Juice

0.25 cup
Sugar

4 tsp
Citric Acid

Combine granulated sugar and citric acid on a shallow plate. Swipe lemon wedge around the glass and dip the rim into the sugar mixture. Shake all other ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a fresh slice of peach or Fuzzy Peach candies.
