Gin Summer Sipper

Submitted on: May 12, 2023
I’ve been in the mood for a mojito lately, but rum didn’t sound good for some reason. So, I swapped it out for gin, added velvet falernum to brighten it up, and green chartreuse (my favorite liqueur) to accentuate and embolden the mint. Top it off with club soda for a refreshing summer sipper!

Editor's Note
Gin and Green Chartreuse transform the classic Mojito into a complex, herbal refresher. The falernum adds a subtle spice that bridges the botanical gin and bright lime.
