Put a separate tablespoon of frozen blueberries into a mixing glass along with the honey, gin, Velvet Falernum, and lime juice. Roll to mix, which is gentler on the blueberries than shaking, but still helps the flavor come out. Pour into glass and top with club soda. Enjoy!
Editor's Note
Frozen blueberries and Velvet Falernum bring a jammy, spiced depth to this gin-based refresher. A gentle roll keeps the texture bright for a hot-weather sipper.

Sounds super refreshing, a poolside sipper for sure. Love that you used the technique for rolling on this cocktail. How many times did you pour it from tin to tin through the hawthorne strainewr before pouring it into a glass?
