A drink made in honour of International Womens' Day 2022, featuring cool brands with cool ladies at the forefront: Appleton Estate (Joy Spence, Master Blender), Blue Monkey (Mary-Jane Ginsberg, Owner/Operator), and Dillon's Small Batch Distillers (Whitney Rorison, Hospitality Manager & Co-Author of "Craft Cocktails").

- 2 ozSparkling Passionfruit Juice
- 1 ozCoconut Cream
- 0.75 ozFresh Orange Juice
- 0.75 ozPineapple Juice
- 0.5 ozHoney Syrup
- 0.5 ozFresh Lime Juice
- 3 dash(es)Ginger Bitters
- 12 ozCrushed Ice

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a large* glass or tiki mug. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime shell tropical island. *because what’s pictured is missing another ounce or so in the tin so don’t use a DOF glass
