Lil-lay Me Down

I’m back with another corny name 😂! It was stuck in my head so I’m going with it. I had all of these ingredients and I wanted to see how they would be combined. The subtle spice of the poblano works so well with gin and some infused Lillet. Give this one a try, it’s delicious! Cheers y’all!

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Charred poblano and Grains of Paradise-infused Lillet create a complex, vegetal sour. The egg white provides a silky finish to this bold, modern original.
