Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Combine all ingredients except the red rum in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and strain into a rocks glass. Float the red rum on top and garnish with a spent lime shell and whatever tiki garnishes float your boat!
Editor's Note
A red rum float adds a spiced, caramel-forward depth to this classic tiki staple. The nutty orgeat and bright lime keep the profile balanced and refreshing.
