View MoreMash up 5 grapes in a vessel and then add a gin of your choice, ideally a more floral gin or less juniper forward gin. Add the yogurt and lemon juice. Let sit in a clean vessel in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Strain liquid through a cheesecloth to remove the yogurt. In a shaker, add ice, simple syrup, falernum, bitters, and egg white. Shake until the exterior of the shaker is frosty and then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Enjoy!
Editor's Note

This is such a creative and unique take on a classic! The use of cotton candy grapes and yogurt is fascinating—do you have a favorite gin you like to use for this infusion to keep the floral notes balanced?

This sounds super interesting. I love the orange blossom infusion with the grapes and the gin. Any brand in particular you recommend for this?
