This is my next foray into Cachaça with a riff on a Jungle Bird, which I assume has been done but I can’t really translate the Portuguese websites that come up when I search the name so, uhh, let’s just assume I didn’t come up with this all on my own. I subbed out dark rum for Leblon Cachaça, and to be honest I’m way more sold on the spirit. It’s hard to ruin a Jungle Bird made to spec, with only the spirit sub and addition of Scrappy’s celery bitters to emphasize the vegetal notes in the Cachaç...
