Hello friends! Tonight I have a somewhat large-format double shot that I poured as a short drink in a small rocks glass over ice. The Pineapple Bomber combines spiced rum, Southern Comfort, amaretto, and pineapple juice for a slightly tiki-adjacent sipper that left me wanting more!
