This cocktail is RAD AS FUNK! Funky Leblon Cachaça infused with radishes, what else could I call it? Jamaican Rum comes in with a darker assistant funk while Aperol steps in to bring a bittersweet bridge to the lime and, shockingly, regular ole simple syrup. I wanted to bring in supporting flavors without overpowering the radish notes, and it worked out here: that earthy spice note shines through! The Aperol brings in some color, too, pairing with the radish garnish to evoke a visual expectation...
