A clean-out-the-fridge cocktail where I had an abundance of strawberry infused/flavored ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 ozTito's Handmade Vodka
- 1 ozStrawberry-infused Fernet Branca
- 1/2 ozPurely Strawberry Shiso Drinking Vinegar
- 1/2 ozLemon Juice
- 1/2 ozStrawberry Syrup
- 6 drop(s)The Bitter Truth Old Time Aromatic Bitters
- Club Soda, To Top

Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill, strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish.
