This baby will knock you out with 3 rums, chile liqueur, lime, papaya syrup and papaya juice! I used El Dorado 3 year, Flor de Caña 4 year añejo oro, and Dented Brick Antelope Island Red for my rums. For a bit of spice we have Ancho Reyes chile liqueur. I made the papaya syrup with a ripe papaya, water and sugar. Rounding it out is papaya juice and a little bit of agave nectar. - Boozy, tropical, slightly spicy- it hits all the right notes that I wanted today! Cheers y’all!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Three rums anchor this tropical punch, while house-made papaya syrup and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur provide a layered, spicy-sweet finish. Serve over crushed ice for maximum effect.
