Refreshing

The question I asked myself was, “can I create a completely non-alcoholic tiki cocktail?” So I set to the task, and the answer I found was “yes I can”. I had the pick the right cocktail for this. I wanted something that had enough citrus to provide body, once we removed the alcohol, and would still be able to provide enough flavor to replace the spirit.

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Whip shake for 5 seconds. Open pour into a double old fashioned glass. Top with more pebble ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a lemon wheel.
