I am so guilty of ignoring certain cocktail categories entirely. Today I rectify that with a delicious BLUEberry Smash that I had to concoct for this fun setup. I don’t have a julep tin but a solid rocks glass works just as well for the muddling fun. This one's on the simple side, not trying to be more than it is, but it’s still technically 7 ingredients. Add mint to a rocks glass and muddle gently. Add lemon and blueberries and muddle. Add cracked clear ice. Pour in Gin and Liqueurs. Swizzle gently to combine. Top with crushed ice, garnish with mint and blueberries.
