Happy spring y’all! A day late and it’s been freezing here but warmer weather is on its way! To celebrate I made a drink that captures the essence of spring: gin, flowers, citrus and some bubbles. It’s light, refreshing, reminds me of sitting amongst newly opened flowers. This elegant sipper wouldn’t be out of place at a tea or garden party. Cheers to spring!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Botanical gin meets elderflower and sparkling wine in this bright, floral spring sipper. A touch of honey syrup rounds out the citrus for a balanced, effervescent finish.
