I recently got our backyard all set up for summer and the final touch was a new hammock. It’s no understatement that I now find myself resting in this hammock every spare minute I get! This cocktail combines the soft sway of a hammock with the sweetness of tropical bananas for a refreshing, smooth and delicious cocktail.

Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky

1 oz
Crème De Banane

.5 oz
Velvet Falernum

.5 oz
Lemon Juice

.5 oz
Simple Syrup

1 ea
Egg White

Combine the whiskey, Crème de Banane, velvet falernum, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add the egg white and dry shake. Then add ice to shake and double strain into a chilled glass.

I thought this was the tradional Bananna Hammock recip with rum, but this is a nice variation.
