It’s been a WHILE since I made a good old Gin Sour, and I am glad I finally did the other night: this was of course super delicious! Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozGlendalough Wild Botanical Gin
- 1/2 ozAperol
- 3/4 ozLime Juice
- 3/4 ozLiber And Co Grapefruit Cordial
- 1 eaEgg White
- 5 floatPeychaud's Bitters

Dry Shake
Nick & Nora
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake hard. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into a Nick and Nora Glass. Float 5 drops of Peychaud's Bitters on top of the foam.
