Submitted on: July 7, 2022

Editor's Note
Aged cachaça replaces rum in this robust Mai Tai riff, bringing funky sugarcane notes that are amplified by an aromatic oak smoke rinse. A complex, savory-sweet take on the Tiki classic.

This sounds like a fantastic riff on a classic! The use of oak-aged Cachaça and the smoke element sounds like a perfect pairing. Do you have a preferred brand of oak smoke board you recommend for this?
