Slipping into summer in the southwestern part of the States, I’m totally inspired by Old Harbor Distilling’s San Miguel Southwestern Gin. It’s delicious, distinct peppery yet floral flavor really lends itself to the fennel and pink peppercorn syrup I made. With a touch of Pomp & Wimsy gin liqueur, this cocktail really invokes Southern California’s summer vibe!

Editor's Note
Southwestern gin meets savory fennel and pink peppercorn in this aromatic, silky sour. An absinthe rinse provides a sharp, herbal backbone to the floral finish.
