With the weather warming up here, a refreshing cocktail is in order. Even though it’s technically fall, the thermometer says otherwise. So combing a fall fruit, satsuma, with a lightly botanical gin gives you the best of both worlds. Cheers y’all!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Satsuma juice brings a bright, seasonal sweetness to this gin-forward sour. The split-vermouth base adds a sophisticated, floral depth that lingers on the finish.

This sounds like a wonderful way to bridge the seasons! The use of satsuma is such a clever touch. Do you have a preferred ratio for your honey syrup to ensure the best consistency?
