One of the best sipping absinthe’s on the market, this absinthe is smooth and has a clean flavor profile with almost fresh, herbaceous notes. The anise flavor comes through softly, it’s not as strong as other absinthes and that’s possible this spirit’s best quality! My favorite way has been to have this on the rocks but a splash of soda didn’t hurt anybody. Highly recommend!

I like it! I don’t have a lot of absinthe experience so I was so excited to try this out. I’ve also had it with water just to get an idea of its profile, but then I wanted to try it in something that would make it shine and that it did. It is refreshing, smooth and crisp. I like it!
